About Us

How we met                                                                                   

 Meghan & I met on November the 8th of 2002. I, Jeremiah, was performing as MC of the United States Marine Corps JROTC Birthday Ball. After the ceremony was completed, and dancing had began, the mother of one of our middle school cadets, Dr. Laura McLemore, asked to introduce me to her older daughter, Meghan. I was introduced and throughout the night Meghan & I danced... Afterward I gave Meghan my email and home phone, and she the same to me... That night, I went home and wrote her immediately, and thus began our most wonderful relationship.

Future Plans

Meghan is attending the University of Nebraska at Omaha, majoring in Deaf education at the Secondary level. She wishes to become an English educator in a non-mainstreamed deaf school.

Jeremiah is currently going to Butler County Community College and majoring in Criminal Justice, and hopes to one day become a police captain.
